You have 14 days after your item arrives to request a return. It needs to be unworn and unused, with the tags on, plus your receipt or proof of purchase. Get in touch first and we'll walk you through it. Our full return policy has the details.

Sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized pieces, and personal care or beauty products are final sale.

The fastest way is to return the piece you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the size you want.

We'll email you once your return arrives and has been checked. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
