Job summary
As our Order Fulfillment Operator, you’ll handle the full process of receiving new inventory, updating Shopify, tagging items, organizing orders from our Facebook group, and preparing pickups and shipments. You’ll match items to customer claims, create drafts, charge orders, keep the backroom organized, and support daily operations. This role is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and essential to keeping our boutique running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Receiving & Processing New Inventory
- Unbox new arrivals and review Facebook posts for item details
- Check if items already exist in Shopify
- Update quantities or create new product listings when needed
- Print and apply item tags accurately to each piece
Organizing Customer Orders
- Match items to customer claims from Facebook posts
- Label orders with customer names using sticky notes
- Create accurate Shopify drafts for each order
Charging & Preparing Orders
- Charge customers for their drafted orders
- Print order slips and prepare pickup bags
- Create shipping labels and package orders for mailing
Store Operations & Follow-Up
- Follow up with declined or unpaid orders
- Reassign items to next interested customer when needed
- Keep the backroom, shelves, and packing area clean and organized
Optional Affiliate Content Creation
(Optional) Create product videos or livestreams to earn affiliate commissions
